- 6x7 CreditCard size: net 76 x 67mm / frame 106 x 82mm
- 12x7 Demo size: net 148 x 67mm / frame 178 x 118mm
- 12x11 A6 size: net 148 x 103mm / frame 238 x 154mm
- 17x15 A5 size: 208 x139mm / 238 x 154mm
- 18x15 max width size: net 220 x 139mm / 250 x154mm
- 18x19 max width size: 220 x 175mm / 250 x 190mm
If you wish even bigger size which does not fit on to the print bed, let me know in comments. I already have some joinable puzzle idea...

Material & Properties:
- The mesh on pictures is printed from TPU (30D of Shore scale), 100% infill. The frame on pictures is printed of generic PETG.

3D printing settings

Flexible mesh:
- TPU (30D of Shore), 100% infill. 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height. No supports. You can iron the top surfaces for better look.

The frame:
- Generic PETG, I use "Bambulab's Strength profile" (6wall loops, 3 top/bottom shell layers) with higher 30% sparse infill. No supports needed.
