Design Notes:

3D printing settings

Layer Height:
A layer height of 0.2 mm is recommended for a proper balance between quality and print time.

Stuffed:
An infill of 20-30% is sufficient to maintain the structural strength of the box.

Supports:
Add supports only where necessary, such as areas with significant overhangs or sharp angles. This helps reduce material waste and printing time.

Bed Adhesion:
Use good bed adhesion to prevent the model from coming off during printing. This can be achieved using a layer of hotbed and, if necessary, an adhesive such as 3D printing lacquer or painter's tape.

Printing Temperature:
Adjust the temperature depending on the type of filament you are using. For example, for PLA, a nozzle temperature of 190-220Β°C and a bed temperature of 50-60Β°C are common values.

Print Speed:
A print speed of 50-60mm/s is usually a good starting point. Adjust this based on your printer specifications and quality preference.

Cooling:
Enable layer cooling to prevent warping and improve layer quality.

Filament Type:
Specify the type of filament we recommend for your design. We recommend SUNLU PLA + Black.
