3D model description

This minimalist bracket is designed to be used as an end- or corner-piece for curtain rods with a diameter of 20 mm / 0.8 inch. It is perfectly matched and to scale with simple brackets that are available in hardware stores. The bracket can be easily mounted with two screws, and the end- and corner-pieces can be pressure-fit into the rods.

This bracket is ideal for those who have a long curtain and two brackets but many smaller windows that need the rod to be shortened. It is a great way to reuse the pieces of rod that were left over. The last picture shows the reference product used, which is a pretty common bracket used in Sweden.

Fusion Assembly included in case you need to change the rod diameter.

3D printing settings

The two connecting pieces need to be printed with support.

The recommended settings are:

Layer height: 0.12 mm
Infill: 20.0 %
Wall thickness: 2 mm
Build Plate Adhesion: none
