Sergeant of the Night Watch of Ankh-Morpork Detritus 3D model bust

This is a print model of a bust of Sergeant Detritus of the Ankh-Morpork Night Watch from the beloved Discworld series by Terry Pratchett. Detritus is a troll, which means he is made of living rock. I have based my version of Detritus mainly on Paul Kidby's drawing in the Discworld Imaginarium, giving a bit more detail to the cooling device on Detritus' helmet and making his face a bit more human/friendly, adding a cartoonish touch of Arnold Schwarzenegger's massive profile. Detritus' heavy crossbow has aquired a pistol grip in my version, but other than that it is based like in Paul Kidby's drawing mainly on an ancient Roman ballista. Detritus wears only the front part of a body armor over his chainmail shirt and has it hanging slightly askew because it's difficult to fix anything straight on a troll body. Here I also followed Paul Kidby's drawing.

The model consists of 5 separate files: 2 versions of the torso (one hollow, one solid), the crossbow, the quiver and the bolts that are stored in the quiver. This is for easier printing in smaller printers, but most of all for easier painting.

The model was sculpted with Nomad Sculpt on my iPad. The files provided are stl-files. The height of the bust ist roughly 110 mm, sorting it into the 1/10 scale range of many other commercial busts (Detritus is a troll, so he is considerably taller than humans). Of course it is up to you to change the size according to your own wishes.
