3D model description

✼ SPECIFICATIONS πŸ“
Our bead rollers are designed to work with polymer clay, although they can also be used for other soft materials. It features a rigid body ensuring durability with crisp details. It also includes an area on one of the sides to measure the amount of clay needed; just push clay into the square until is fully filled up and then cut the excess flush with the body, this will be the perfect amount of clay that you need to form the bead. You will need about 9g of polymer clay to roll the shape.
This product does NOT contain any logo or text engraved, even if the pictures may show it.

✼ SIZES πŸ“
This bead roller comes in 1 size:
50x80x32mm (heightXlengthXthickness)

And the clay piece produced is:
27xØ24mm (heightXdiameter)

Note that these are the actual dimensions of the piece of clay that cutter will produce.

✼ CARE πŸ€—
Handle with care. Do not store in hot environments, bake or wash in the dishwasher as the material could warp permanently when exposed to temperatures over 60ΒΊC. Wash with warm soapy water.

✼ TIPS πŸ€”
Keep your polymer clay at room temperature and avoid rolling it for too long since the clay could overheat and break apart. Keep the roller clean and free of debris from another pieces. If needed, apply a light layer of grease or mineral oil (cooking oil could also work) to the tracks to make the rolling operation easier.

3D printing settings

The nozzle, layer height and line width are optional here. Generally, the bigger the nozzle the faster you will print it, but you might lose internal details. A 0.6 nozzle with 0.3 layer height and 0.6 line width are ideal for a fast and detailed print.

Infill variable from 10 to 20%. 10% has worked well for all our prints.

These settings are our recommendations, but feel free to try your own.
