UNW P90 68 cal 28 roundball Solid NW64 wide MAG

this is the NW64 mag so this one to be clear doesn’t fit in a regular P90 pouch. these mags are 64mm wide. But they will fit in paintball pouches like the dye tactical locking pod pouch. and maybe some more that I will add on the list if I’m aware of them.

What is the idea behind creating the NW64 mag series.
The original mag have been improved a lot. But I did noticed that in some cases depending on what the bore size of the paintball was that it would get stuck at the bend of the mag. This could be fixed by half loading the mag. But this will of course reduce the amount of paint in your I looked at making a wider mag that is haves a more conventional curve going on so there is less friction at the bend of the mag. And this seems to work with basically any type of 68 cal paintballs, but rubber type of re-balls are still hard to use in these type of mags

this is the solid NW64 mag so this one haves no round indication but in return it’s better against rain and over all a stronger mag.

compatibility note:
this mag will not fit in any airsoft P90’s mag pouches

the RUNQI can’t work with this mag use the V23/N23 Classic model for that instead
the airsoft P90 builds are also not compatible with this NW64 series of mags

spring wise:
my testing have been with round ball MCS spring at this point but if you like to try to use DTM mag springs then that is also possible with the new DTM follower

if there are more springs tested with modded parts, then those will be updated to this download.

mag head:

1x Spring 4mm OD, 0.3mm wire, 15mm long

clicker:
1x M2 bolt 12mm long
1x spring 4mm OD, 0.2mm wire, 10mm long

Main spring:
2x MSC helix roundball spring
OR
2x 12mm OD, 0.6mm wire 300 -/+ springs (links and stores are in the download)

wire: 4 strands braided fishing line PE, 0.26mm / 31LB

1x 1.0 x40mm heat shrink tube

print settings:
0.2 layer hight should be fine.
you can use the 8 layer walls and a 40% infill.
but personally I moved a bit over to solid prints just to give it more strength in case things go wrong on the field…

turn on print tiny walls especially for the Classic model!
