MK23/SSX303 TO MP5 ADAPTER

Adapter is "Plug&Play", it fit to SSX23/SSX303/MK23 green gas magazines from Novritsch, Tokyo Marui*, STTi*, others*.

For TM and STTi users: Adapter was designed for Novritsch ssx23 green gas magazine but it must fit to your manufactures. Feel free to contact me if you need to make corrections for your model.
Have bb stopper. Only 2bbs drop out when reload.
Have chamfer on adapter bottom which facilitates magazine insertion
Have strong magrelease button guarder

Adapter was designed to use it with MP5 magazines:
CYMA, J.G.WORKS, CLASSIC ARMY, KING ARMS

Not all pistol magwells fit adapter.

STL models kit contains: Adapter, Single stack bb guide, BB stopper bodey, BB stopper toungh, magrelease button.

To connect adapter to your green gas magazine you will need:

1) Gasket for adapter head - 22-23 x 1.8-2.4mm (you can try to use gasket from green gas magazine base head)

2) Spring for magrelease button - 8 x15 x 0.8

3) Pin for magrelease button - 2-2.2x20mm

4) maybe a little fum tape for adapter head.

5) Pin for "BB stopper" body 1x10mm

6) Spring for "BB stopper" tongue 2x5x0.3

7) HPA connector Foster or EU (if you will use hpa connector for green gas magazines - cut the the thread)

*If you have an HPA connector with 1/8npt threads, just carefully drill out the connector space with a 10mm drill bit and you will be able to use 1/8npt connector.

8) A little epoxy to glue the HPA connector

9) maybe drop of instant glue to fasten in place stopper body

10) Tweezers to set the bb stopper in place in the adapter.

11) BAR CLAMP AND HAMMER to hit in pins and press the magazine against the adapter. First insert front pin, then second.
Bar clamp you can exchange to your powerfull friend who will press the magazine against the adapter :))))))

Be careful when you remove supports from adapter and singl stuck guide, to not break bbs guide inside adapter and singl stuck guide

Material: I was only tested and printed model with PLA, but you can try ABS (because you can try to make it sealed by acetone) and others.

Infill: 100% and may be a little bit more

Layer high and nozzle: a smal as posible 0.1-0.14

Supports: yes, BUT !!!!!!don't use supports inside small air hole!!!!!!!!! You can leave support only at the beginning (5mm from corner) of the place under the HPA connector to get it smooth

IMPORTANT!!! Please NOTE: FDM printing technology have issues with with interlayer adhesion and air can escape through the layers!
