3D model description

Set of 8 high quality Pokémon gym badges from the first generation of the Kanto region, designed to collect and place on your refrigerator.

**When printing, you can pause for color changes and place the magnet inside. The magnet is sealed within, ensuring it will not be noticeable in the final result. All badges have separate pieces for easy setup.

Each badge measures approximately 5cm x 5cm wide x 0.7cm high.

Get all the gym badges and be the greatest Pokémon master.

3D printing settings

  • Filament: Any you have (colors match).

  • PLA recommended (easy to print and several color selections).

  • Nozzle size: 0.6 mm (you can also use 0.4 mm, just check the pauses for magnet and color change*).

  • Layer height: 0.32 mm.

  • Print Speed: 65 mm/s.

  • Bed: 60° - 65°.

  • Infill: 5% - 8%.

  • Time printing each badge: around 20 minutes or less.

  • Magnets: Neodymium 4mm x 2mm (only 1 for each badge).

Process to place the magnet inside and color change:

  • You must pause the printer to place the magnet inside and color change.

  • If you use Cura, you can activate 'Pause at Height' for each layer to seal the magnet inside. I recommend pausing at layers 9, 11, and 15 (also at 19 just for the rainbow badge).

  • The first pause is the most important.

  • Same settings for all badges.
