Create your projects quickly and easily with this LED light rail.

The frame is designed with multiple holes for attaching to a wall or
attaching decorative and finish panels on the frame to the wall.

You can glue the parts to each other before mounting or just mount
them to a wall (either with screws/bolts or glue) and just lightly
glue the parts after mounting to the wall

STEP files for editing if need

width : 40mm

LED channel width: ~ 12 +/- 0.5mm

The model contains:

90 degree corner piece with straight edges - 2 types

45 degree cut corners straight  part - 450mm

connection between corner pieces 2 lengths

straight part 360 mm

straight part 210.5 mm

light diffuser: 0.8mm thickness

files are 3MF

3D printing settings

layer : 0.28 - 0.32 ( mine are at 0.3 and 0.32 )

infill : 5%

supports : no ( if printed on channel to bed )

brim : YES ( if printed on channel to bed )
