Buddha with 4 heads and a 3rd eye is his ultimate form. The 4 heads represent knowledge and wisdom from all 4 directions which can see N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW. And the 3rd eye represents awakening (control) of pineal gland.

However, Buddha never considered himself as a God and always thought others about self and universal awareness which gave peace of mind in all situations and removed the fear of death.

later Lamas (Buddha lifestyle teachers) and Hindus considered him as God and lamas changed Buddhism lifestyle to religion.

It is believed that having and watching buddha statue changes disturbed mood and gives mental peace.
