Belly Buddy Belly Button Protector

I recently had surgery to repair a belly button hernia. After the surgery, I was very tender in the naval area and worried about getting hit there. So, I designed a protective shield to wear while I'm healing. I call it the Belly buddy. It's designed to be a protective shield to help keep your belly button from getting bumped or hit. It would also be useful to pregnant women who have tenderness around the belly button. In fact, anyone who's had surgery, or an injury there, might like the Belly Buddy to protect that area.

This printable guard is just over 12cm in diameter, but can easily be scaled larger or smaller to suit your needs. On either side of the Belly Buddy are convenient slots. Simply pass a bandage through the slots and wrap around the body. Check out the pics for ideas.

Object diameter: 124mm (12cm)

Print settings:
* Print vertically. (see images)

* Supports will not be needed, which will give a nice clean print!
* I recommend a brim.
* Infill - around 20% is fine, but more if you want a stronger print.
* Easily scalable in your slicing software.
* Printing time - roughly 6 - 8 hours, depending on your machine.
