3D model description

TL;DR:
- Yes, this fits sleeved cards (I use Arcane Tinmen's Sleeves, which are not snug fit)
- No, there is no lid lift in the upper box.
- Yes, you can still use the bottom box insert
- Yes, it is flip proof
- Yes, this fits all terrain assembled
- Yes, this assumes keeping the miniature trays
- Yes, it fits in a Kallax (one box per slot)
- Yes, if you found yourself a really nice actual dragon statue to 3D print to replace the cardboard one, unless you printed it obscenely big, it should fit.

I Like Things Neat
The latest addition to my board game insert collection! This is a near-complete replacement of my old insert; only the pillars holding the upper box for Act 1 (in case you tossed the paper insert) and the dice box are still here. For various reasons, I had to redesign everything else and chose to redesign some.

Improvements from the previous version:
- Throughout, you will see locked and unlocked cards of the same kind (personal cards, armours, comsumables, etc) are in the same box/slot, but separated with a plaque saying "Locked cards under this".
- I have added finger poking holes in many boxes to make getting the entire stack easier than trying to stick a fingernail under the bottom card.
- More stuff fits in the personal hero box, including the new Act 2 hero-specific tokens and your own little stash of conditions. Our play group found we tended to keep a little stash per player on the table anyway while playing Act 1, so it was easier this way.

You can keep the insert for the bottom box if you like, though it gets tighter then. Still doable, but tighter. Our group never used that box as a dice tray anyway, so I prefered freeing up the space. If you take it out, I have included corner pieces for the bottom box to hold up the upper box. They are higher than the insert was, so you will get more height down there than you had before. Without those, there is some risk of the terrain getting squished as the upper box slowly sinks lower and lower under gravity's pull. The corner lifters are easy to resize in your slicer if you prefer a different total height for the box.

All cards that are hero specific, and the limited consumables, of which there are as many copies as there are heroes who can use them, go into the box for that hero. Other cards go into their own boxes.

Since you sometimes pause in the middle of a round or turn to resolve wounding, expanding the map, updating the objective, placing a bunch of tokens and spawning monsters, it can be easy to lose track of who has taken their turn this round, who was taking their turn and how many actions they had taken. To help keep track of that, I made action tokens for each player. We keep them in front of our hero and flip them as we use them to help keep track. They are absolutely not mandatory, but we felt they helped.

There is text in the boxes telling you what goes where.

These boxes are big and there is a lot of leftover space. To fill it, I simply made Generic Storage boxes. You can put whatever you like to have with you during the game sessions there. I split it into two smaller boxes to fit on smaller printers. For now, I only keep the extra health dial knobs in these.

All six hero trays, dice and generic storage go into the Act 1 box; everything else into the Act 2 box.

This time, I designed the insert a little more future-proof, hopefully. The card holders have a lot of space left over, so they should be able to handle another expansion without needing more redesigns. The hero trays will likely be replaced again in Act 3.w
