3D model description

Overview:
The prop is Clarice Rudolph's girlfriend, approximately 38 inches tall and 25 inches wide, with 187 12mm ws2811 pixels. It requires 1/2 inch EMT for support, zip ties, standoffs with number 10 screws, and 4-way connectors. PETG filament is used for printing with specific settings.

Materials Needed:
187 12mm ws2811 Pixels
3D printed Rudolph parts (STL files)
1/2 inch EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing)
Two 44-inch pieces
One 38-inch piece
One 31-inch piece
One 16.5-inch piece
Two 5-inch pieces
One 7.5-inch piece
One 8.5-inch piece
One 7-inch piece
Zip ties
Number 10 screws (1 inch long)
PETG filament
Rebar for staking to the ground
Set Screw couplers

Print Settings:
Material: PETG
Layer Height: 0.3 mm
Wall Count: 6
Top and Bottom Layers: 4
Infill: 20%

Assembling Clarice:

Gather Parts:

Collect all 3D printed parts.
Connect 3D Printed Parts:

Use two zip ties for each connection.
Structural Support:

Use 1/2 inch EMT for support.
Vertical EMT pipes go in as one piece.

Attach Standoffs:

Use Number 10 screws to attach standoffs to Rudolph parts.
Drill appropriate holes or use self-tapping screws for the EMT Pipe.

Construct Horizontal Support:

Drill appropriate holes or use self-tapping screws for the EMT Pipe.

Use smaller EMT pieces and 4-way connectors.
Secure with Number 10 screws or self-tapping screws .

Insert Vertical EMT Pieces:

Insert into 4-way connectors on the horizontal brace.
Secure with Number 10 screws or self-tapping screws .
Ensure all connections are tight for stability.

insert all the WS2811 pixels into the prop.

Securing Prop to the Ground:
Insert rebar into the soil at appropriate locations.
Attach Set Screw Couplers:

Use Set Screw couplers to attach rebar to EMT.
