GINGERBREAD MAN BREAD/ SANDWICH CUTTER AND SEALER/ COOKIE CUTTER

I have designed quite a few bread cutters before, but always with the challenge of result of not having a neat, filled sandwich on the plate.

I saw something likewise being marketed and thought it would be the perfect solution – and it is! NEAT, SEALED AND FILLED SANDWICHES!!

The perfect Christmas kiddie-eat on a plate – even for adults. Imagine this as eats for your guests on Christmas day! See last pic for sizes and have a look at my page for the others.

Print separately if you want it in different colours or print together if aesthetics are not important.

USE:

Use the cutter to cut through the bread by pressing firmly. Insert the inner presser/sealer and press firmly to ensure an even seal around the sandwich.

SLICING AND PRINTING:

The most important settings in CURA slicing software are:

• 0.2-to-0.25-layer height
• Wall thickness of 1.6mm (4 walls)
• Seam: Sharpest corner and smart hiding
• Infill: 20% Grid
• Material (for PLA) 195 degrees nozzle temp with bed temp of 50 degrees
• Overall speed of 50mm p/s AND
Under the Experimental settings:
Activate “Small hole max size”
And set the “Small size maximum length” feature at 20mm.
This will ensure a slower print only in the smaller details or features of the designed model.
• Enable retraction
• At the Combing mode drop-down, choose “Not in skin”
