Technical Details:

Best of all, we designed this part with the 3D printing community in mind. With 14 different parts, we've made the printing and assembly process easy. Each part fits together perfectly, ensuring that even those new to 3D printing can create their own masterpiece at home.

The sword features an internal hole designed to insert a 29 mm diameter, 1.5 meter long wooden stick. This stick acts as the main structure of the sword, guaranteeing sturdiness and stability. Electronics:

The sword is prepared to install leds in the holes of the Materia gems. There are holes prepared to pass wiring and area in the hilt to install electronics. You can install anything from a simple led system with batteries. Or you could even create a light control system with an Arduino board.

FDM Printing Parameters for the Mortal Sword (Scale 1:1):

This model is set up to be printed with an Ender 3 Pro.

Material:

We recommend PLA or PETG for FDM printing. Both are easy to work with and offer good strength.

Height Layer:

Use a low layer height for fine details. A height of 0.2 mm is a good choice.

Fill:

A 10-20% filler is sufficient to maintain structural integrity without increasing filament usage.

Hotend temperature:

Adjust the temperature according to your filament's recommendations, generally in the range of 200-220°C.

Bed Adhesion:
