3D model description

I designed this cap to fit old clear acrylic bathroom towel bars. The idea is that the bar is stuffed with 12vDC LED strip lighting with a switch at one end and power cord at the other. The cap has a knock out to accommodate a switch or grommet. This light bar can then be used for low voltage deck lighting. I built 4 of these for under our deck and deck seating. Finally posted a couple pics of the application. This 12vdc bar is running off a 9v battery just for picture taking.

These caps are tapered and fit loosely so that they can be sealed in place with silicone or heat shrink tubing.

3D printing settings

There is a 24mm Bracket that I previously posted to secure the light bars to the underside of the deck and seats, might be useful for other purposes as well.
