This is a wall-mounted display for air plants. By exposing the infill, it ensures ventilation and air plants can be easily attached. Attaching a magnet to the back allows easy removal from the wall. With the function of Cura, the infill pattern can be freely changed, allowing you to enjoy unique designs.

[Setting Up Infill Exposure and Support Blocker on Cura]

  1. Select an object
  2. Choose [Support Blocker] from the left menu
  3. Create a support blocker cube by selecting the top part of the model. (This cube is used to cover the back part)
  4. Set the size with [Scale] after selecting the cube
    • X: 43mm
    • Y: 43mm
    • Z: 14mm
    • Note: Uncheck [Uniform Scaling]
    • Note: The size may vary depending on the printer
  5. Set the position of the block with [Move]
    • X: 0mm
    • Y: 0mm
    • Z: 10.5mm
  6. With the cube selected, go to [Per Model Setting] → [Modifying settings for overlaps]
  7. Choose [Infill Mesh Only] and set the thickness of the wall, top, and bottom to your preferred size
  8. In the print settings on the right, Set the infill exposure to 0 for top/bottom and wall count
  9. Adjust to your preference in the [Infill] settings with [Infill Distance] and [Infill Pattern]

- Infill Distance: 4mm
- Infill Pattern: Trihexagon

エアプランツを飾るための壁掛けディスプレイです。

Curaの設定を利用してインフィルを露出させることにより、通気性を確保しエアプランツを簡単に取り付けられます。

さらに、背面にマグネットを取り付けることで、壁から簡単に取り外すことが可能となります。

露出させたインフィルと通常印刷を組み合わせ、美しさと機能性を両立。

インフィルパターンは自由に変更可能で、好みのデザインをカスタムして楽しむことができます。

《インフィル露出とサポートブロッカーの設定》

  1. オブジェクトを選択
  2. 左のメニューから[サポートブロッカー]を選択
  3. モデルの上部を選択してサポートブロッカーのキューブを作成
  4. このキューブで背面を覆う設定をします
  5. キューブを選択して[スケールする]で大きさを設定
    • X:43mm
    • Y:43mm
    • Z:14mm
    • ※ユニフォームスケーリングのチャックを外す
    • ※プリンターによってサイズが異なる場合があります。
  6. [動かす]でブロックの位置を設定
    • X:0mm
    • Y:0mm
    • Z:10.5mm
  7. キューブを選択したまま、[各モデル設定]→[オーバーラップの設定を変更]
  8. [インフィルメッシュのみ]を選択して、壁の厚さや上部・底面の厚さをお好みのサイズに設定

    以上でキューブの設定は完了

  9. 右側のプリント設定でトップ/ボトムやウォール数を0にしてインフィル露出を設定する

  10. [インフィル]の設定で[インフィル距離]や[インフィルパターン]を好みに合わせて調整します

- インフィルパターン:トライヘキサゴン
