3D model description

UPDATE II:
My parent's feeder broke, so I took this opportunity to put it back on the drawing board.
I only added bowl like shapes on the openings, so hopefully no more seeds spills this time.

I also removed outdated files in here

And I still haven't print the 1L version myself

UPDATE:
It appears that bids are too greedy and clumsy, only 6 little birds empty that 0.25L bottle of seeds in less than 2 days and almost a 1/4th of it ended on the floor.

Thus I tweaked my thing accordingly, I changed the control ring so it can close the seeds holes more, I made the plate part of the distributor deeper and added a big lip.
So, hopefully, there should be less seeds in the feeder's plate and seeds shouldn't
escape it. (better, but not perfect)

I wanted a nice bird feeder for my parents balcony, but couldn't find one I liked.
So I found a 1/4th litre glass bottle laying around my place and designed one myself.

I'm not that happy with the roof part look, but I'm not good enough in virtual sculpting yet to achieve what I had first in mind.
Still this very simple solution do the job.

I designed the distributor part so birds can empty the bottle to the last seed.
The control ring allows to adapt birdseeds flow to seeds size, birds appetite and/or messiness.

I initially made the distributor bottom flat to spare on support settings and cleaning, but it also make the feeder rather stable, so if you don't want to hang it, you can just set it on a flat surface.

I also provide models for a 1L bottle, but I only printed myself a screw on test part for this size.

And I also add a funnel if you need one, I noticed filling the bottle can be rather messy.
