3D model description

Bigger, 18650 li-ion cell (up to 5Ah capacity) battery enclosure for small Hitachi drill. Cells need to be welded or soldered together without any additional holders. Battery BMS fits inside, also You got a small hole for DC jack for charging. Need to use special 12.6V CC-CV mode charger with 1 Amp current. In connector insert you need to put nickel strip tape for li-ion cell welding (8mm x 0.15mm) to make contact with drill. Only thing is to solder wires and strips together and connect to battery BMS. For locking part need to drill 2 holes in top part to screw in. Also you need to drill additional 2 holes in drill body needed for securing battery pack in drill. Use M3 inner tapped hex brass inserts and 2 M3 bolts for securing battery in drill.
