3D model description

This is a headphone stand, 100% printed parts.

Okay not 100%, if you need to wall mount it the french cleats accept screws or double stick tape.

All in it really only uses like.. 300g of filament for the single version, and with some puzzle skills it can all be printed on a single 256x256 build plate.

Usage Instructions
Press the Marquee to release the joint and rotate for both the Arm and the Holder
Place headphones on the stand
Admire the sheer beauty of industrial design and over-engineering
Assembly Instructions:
If you love yourself, don't use internal supports. Touching build-plate only (except on the springs, the need all the support they can get. I suggest trees.)

If you use the wall base, just print the wall base and two cleats.

Don't put the marquees in before it tells you to.. they go in very tight.

Print the parts needed off the BOM below

-Insure threads on the Cap and Bolt are clean (may need a tapping/die tool if printed in PETG)
-Insert the key into the Holder and press it into the keyway (chamfer facing the outside of the tube)
-Insert the top of the Arm into the back of the Holder
-Insert the Bolt through the back of the Arm into the Holder
-Insert the Spring into the front of the Holder
-Use the Tool to screw the Cap onto the end of the Bolt, through the front of the Holder
-Repeat the above steps, but with the Base Tube instead of the Holder
-Place the assembled unit on a solid surface with the Caps facing up, and press the Marquees into the Caps (these are disposable if removed, purely an aesthetic part)
-Press the assembled unit into the Base
-For the Wall mounted version, mount the cleats 150mm apart to the wall.
