3D model description

3D printable midcap magazine for PPSH41.
3D printed and tested on Snow Wolf PPS41.
For stick magazines.
Capacity around 140bbs.

To complete your midcap magazine you will need:
- spring from any airsoft midcap magazine
- spring follower
- BB stopper and spring for BB stopper
- Snow Wolf stick magazine
- Snow Wolf stick magazine pin to secure midcap insert in stick magazine cover.
- small set screws (diameter 2-2.3 mm, length 20mm)
- small 2mm diameter nail, length 20mm for securing spring guide in the magazine.

Small sanding of face surface area will be needed to make perfect fit for each half of the magazine (PPS L and PPS P)

How to build the midcap magazine:
- your PPS41 stick magazine - pull out small pin from the side of the magazine
- pull out whole hicap magazine (if you have new version of the PPS41 hicap magazine, you will need to remove the pin, then take out the hi cap magazine half, remove backplate from metal magazine and then you can take out second half from hi cap magazine .) after you successfully take out hicap insert, you can put back magazine backplate.
- print PPS L, PPS P and PPS lock
- dissemble some midcap magazine (parts needed are main spring with follower, BB stopper and spring)
- with fine sandpaper sand face surface of the magazine halfs (face surface where are the canals for BBs)
- clean sandpapered surfaces with water, let it dry
- put BB stopper with BB stopper spring in one of the magazine halfs
- try dry fit if the BB stopper moves freely (if not you need to sandpaper the BB stopper)
- apply small amount of lotion on BB stopper
- put second magazine half on top of the first half of magazine
- secure both magazine halfs with setscrews (dont tight too much!)
- put from the back main whole magazine spring with follower
- plug the magazine spring hole with part PPS lock and secure it with a nail
- put whole assembled magazine inside your metal PPS41 stick magazine
-adjust holes (PPS metal magazine hole with PPS insert magazine hole)
- plug pin inside the holes to secure it
- the end, now put BBs in magazine and enjoy ! :)

Description of parts:
- PPS L Mirror - left side of the midcap magazine (needs to be mirrored in your slicer)
- PPS P - right side of the midcap magazine
- PPS lock - spring guide for you main spring

3D printing settings

Print parts in 25% infill,
Used material PLA (you can also use tougher materials)
Printed on Creality Ender 3 PRO (diagonaly so whole part can be placed)
Part PPS L needs to be mirrored !
