3D model description

The Asus RT-AC5300 is a beast of a router, with no on-board way of mounting it to a wall or to the ceiling. The multi-faceted shape of the router makes it a little more difficult than some to create printable mounts for as well. My goal here was to create a very close to dimensionally correct model of the router base itself, in order to promote more people creating custom mounts for it! I have used the model in assembly mode in Solidworks to create a cavity or indent into a block, and it fits in the mold very well when printed.
