3D model description

These files are a set of 3 pieces that make up a longboard wheel, designed for a longboard that I made, for 608 bearings, the file called "Funda_TPU" should be printed in TPU and the rest in PLA + or similar. The printed design has been tested by me, with very good results.

The measurements of the fully assembled wheel is 84mm(diameter)*50mm

3D printing settings

in my case I used a modified ender 3 with a direct extruder.

for the TPU sleeve I recommend using a 0.8mm or larger nozzle, to give a layer height of 0.3mm at least.

(with 1.2mm nozzle in my case), it is important not to print this part with nozzles below 0.8mm as it could limit the strength of the wheel.

the rim and ring should be printed in rigid material, in my case PLA+ at a low quality for faster printing speed, I used a layer height of 0.3mm (with 1.2mm nozzle). although it will work fine using a conventional 0.4mm nozzle.
