Hulk Stained Glass - Hueforge Filament Painting

I Designed a friction Fit Frame that can be found here for 200x200 Hueforges

I have assigned the model to have a variable layer print height, which means that the first 4 layers of the model will print with a 0.16 layer height, and switch to a 0.08 layer height for the details. If you use my uploaded print profile this will save you time on your print as the first 0.64mm is just to provide stability to the print for display.

Final Size is 200x200mm
If you resize the model from 200 x 200 make sure you do NOT scale the Z axis or the print colours will not be in the same position

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA BambuLab Basic Black Transmission Distance: 0
PLA BambuLab Basic Blue Gray Transmission Distance: 3
PLA BambuLab Basic BambuLab Green Transmission Distance: 2
PLA BambuLab Basic Yellow Transmission Distance: 6

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #11 (0.96mm) swap to Blue Gray
At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to BambuLab Green
At layer #20 (1.68mm) swap to Yellow for the rest.

I have been 3D printing for a while and somehow I'm just getting around to printing a Hueforge design! This is such an awesome HULK piece I had to make one. Threw my choice of colors in the AMS and hit print! Completion was around 7 hours. This thing is so cool! I will be making more of these and maybe the puzzle version. The printer I used was a Bambu Lab X-1 Carbon and changed nothing from the designers print profile. Love your stuff.

Thank you for the glowing review and for the pictures and rating! I like to make sure my designs have a good feel to them when them come off the printer, so there's some extra time putting down those first base layers but they really make a difference on the final print! (Though if you used my print profile you got the benefit of the adaptive layers to speed that up a bit too!)

i am having trouble switching to different colors. i do have the AMS

what is the trouble specifically? if you used the 3MF the colour swaps are assigned already.

I don't have the exact colors and I can't see what it's going to look like with the different colors I have. When I go to layers it's only one color

if you are trying to preview your colours in the slicer you will have to remove the ones I assigned, and assign yours. if you are just trying to print you can select the slots you want to map to each colour after pushing print.
