modular cup/mug holder with 5 different hang option in many tolerances

3 versions of cup holder 2 of them in 3 different sizes with 5 options for ataching to variouse surfacies
(thin table version 25mm max,thick table version 55mm max,under desk version,hang on wall version, hook styled version 25mm (mm-desk thicknes))
all cup hangers have been tested with the lightest weight used - 1.5kg

including.:
2 version of cup holder each with 3 different diameter and height options one designed for fast-food drinks and other for mugs,third version of cup is simple shaped cup with holes through back
5 different holders with 4 tolerance options for slot and 3 tolerance options for screw all with custom supported versions of holder(alpha), for cup i recomend checking only critical area of fillet on shaped cup at the bottom. the rest of cup ( T slot) can be printed without suports.
including tolerance test - recomendation - when printing cup holder hang layed on the side the finnal tolerance will be different so always go for bigger one instead
there is also included version of every holder with custom suports - curently testing (alpha)

there is another version with 2 different holes for magnet on both holder and cup bottomDiameter-8,75mm,depth-3,75mm top-Diameter-6,75mmdepth-3,75mm

including tolerance test for T-slot.: -0.1mm, -0.25mm, -0.5mm, -0.75mm
diameter options for cup holders:(inner aprox..)

fast food:D-66,5mm H-80mm,D-76,5mm H-93mm,D-85,5mm H-105mm

mug:D-65mm H-62,5mm,D-75mm H-75mm,D-85mm H-85mm

holes for hanging in the wall version - 2x 5,5mm in half enlarged to 10,5mm (to hide the screw head) -depth 3mm

Scaleable! if you will follow simple rule: !!scaling all items same!!
note! if you will scale the holder with printed screw you must scale it in all 3 dimensions at same rate-if not expect thread to be deformed - uselles
when scaling holders on wall or under desk version you can freely scale it in any dimension but with same ration applied on cup holder(of course you will deform the hole for 2 attaching srews and shape of cup)-not recommended
third version of cup (simple shaped with holes) can be scaled freely note -if not uni scaled you, will deform holes in it
The hook style hanger does not necessarily need to be used with the printed screw - just hang it somewhere

printing screw is recommended at least with 4wall paths and 50% infill gyroid recommende infill type (my favorite)
for holder and cup at least 3 wall path and 40%infill
you can print both items alongside

all cups can be printed without using any supports

when printing a cup holder, note that the best theoretical position for this application would be on its side, but unless you're loading the holder with several kilos of weight, you can easily print them vertically along the cup without any supports (not applicable to all holders) for example, you can't print the hook-style bracket vertically, but if you print this bracket upside down, you can also print it without supports. for both table mount (thick versiony thin version) and under desk version of hang, you should print it layed on side, there are supported mount versions for that. when printing on the side, always choose a larger tolerance than your test fit, when the orientation of the printed part is changed, its dimensions may also change compared to the test print.therefore, it is better to choose a larger tolerance than what results from testing.

all cups have the same T-slot for hanging, there are many variations of holder tolerances due to print orientation and material/time requirements
you won't lose as much if your tolerance is off.
if you fail on the mug/cup you will lost much more

tolerance tets for slot and screw

for the slot this is just a rough test because if you print the hanging cup in a different position than before you tested the slot you will end up with a different tolerance, if you print a smaller object it will always be more accurate than a larger object. so with this knowledge you can print the test for both the slot and the screw slightly reduced to 75%, you will get the same results with less consumption material and time

when printing the screw test, print 0.2 or the orig version of the screw they are same. find your tolerance and choose the one that is best for you, the tolerances are marked on the die test platform
all the threaded holes on the cup holders are same
tolerances was made on the bolt itself, you can find the bolt variantions in the screw folder in the same folder as the mounts or in screw test folder.

for printing - 0,4nozzle
print first slot test/screw test
then print cup of your choice
select right cup holder for your slot as said previosly take on your mind right orientation of test and orietation of holder when printing
if you need screw for your holder print it last
connect everything together

im currently testing the best tooth angle and surface pattern for better adhesion to the table surface without damaging it.
I will add more versions of the mounts when I finish them.
