3D model description

This project was created to fix a sheet metal casing to the ground which covered an electric motor of a sliding gate, but it can be adapted to any object that you want to securely fix to the floor.
Depending on the need, there are two types of fixing:
1 - angular
2 - linear
The detail is really very rugged, especially if it is made of PETG, however it can also be printed in PLA, but be aware that it will not have the same mechanical resistance.
For external use it is always better to prefer PETG.
The slotted holes allow vertical adjustment, which is especially necessary in the presence of uneven floors (lack of flatness and/or small steps)
The pieces were printed with an Ender3 pro and unfortunately I cannot show you them assembled because they will be shipped (and installed) to Germany tomorrow .
Look at the attached photos which help better understand the assembly
No support needed !

Happy printing and thanks to all of you for the attention you have given me

3D printing settings

Attention ! : the nozzle temperature is never the same and depends a lot on the brand of the filament, even on the color of the filament. The one shown below is the value I set to print in white-gray

PETG (recommended) : nozzle 245 Β°C – Bed 70 Β°C
PLA : nozzle 200 Β°C – Bed 55 Β°C
Thickness of the layers 0.20 mm, (the first 0.30 mm)

Before each print always clean the print bed with alcohol and cotton cloth.
On my glass bed to improve adhesion I sometimes spray (sparingly) a little hairspray

I have also attached the GCODEs for the Ender3 pro printer already prepared for optimal printing.
