this is an edit of https://makerworld.com/en/models/176288
adapted and sized for the A1 instead of the mini.
I don't have an AMS and photo is printed without it.
It's intended to increase the footprint of the printer as little as possible while still giving you all the organization benefits of the original design.
Or at least as much as I could fit.
The 2 colour badges can be printed without an AMS. You only need to simply:
- split the part to objects
- put them on 2 build plates
- enable z-hop of 0.4mm minimum
- slice both plates
- print TEXT/graphic
- don't let the bed cool down, either add a pause to layer 0 of the second print to do the filament change while the printer holds all the heat on or just be quick.
- print part 2.
you can disable bed probing in the “machine gcode → start gcode" section in the printer settings of the slicer if you think the position on the bed will interfere.
I like using arachne walls and you could also get away with lower infill than 15% but I left it default.
NOTE: I didn't edit the swatches elements so the handle is coloured in bambu studio and won't support the manual colour swap method, that's why it's on it's own plate. and the pictures don't all match because I didn't reprint parts from the V1.0 that I didn't absolutely have to.
