3D model description

Here's another CyberBase System addon to help with all your bot collections out here - some display risers!

Coming in two heights for a start, these will help create raised platforms at the 6cm and 12cm heights to help bots at the back be more visible as opposed to having all of them on a flat floor.

Here, we've opted to give the risers a metallic paint scheme with orange and purple paint in detailing. The shorter front riser pegs onto a full sized CBS tile to allow bots to also be displayed right in front.

The back riser sits on a shorter 10cm CBS tile, included in this release. To make for a slighter faster print time for the taller riser, we have deliberately left the bottom portion free of detailing, since it will be obscured by the shorter riser in front.

To help with a little bit of organization, 5mm ports have been designed into these risers to help store your accessories and effect parts safely. The shorter riser comes with three such ports while the taller riser features six.

The risers can then be pegged onto the CBS tiles using the provided 10mm pegs. Optionally, there are small 5mm ports on sides of the back portion of these risers in case you would like to have a couple side-by-side and fastened magnetically.

With these two risers arranged front to back, here's how they may work to help display core, deluxe and voyager class bots from front to back. Of course, these risers can also be used without the CBS base tiles, if you prefer. Here's what they may look like with a random assortment of bots on them.

And by all means, you can print a bunch of these to arrange them in a row to help organize more of your collection on the display shelf too! Here's also a look at painted versus unpainted piece. Going with clear filament for a more slightly more see through look is possible too.

=== Assembly ===

The attached image show the parts in this set and how they go together.

To help save on some print time and filament, these risers have been designed to be able to be printed on their sides without the need for support materials.

===

Hope these new CyberBase Systems display risers will be useful in helping to organize and make more space for your display cabinets and shelves (for more bots to join the collection!)

As usual, happy 3d printing these addons! =)
