3D model description

Velocity stack streamlined for Keihin PE28.

This was designed using the Keihin PE28 intake shapes in order to let the air flow as clean as possible.

The design is optimized to be printed with both hard materials and flexibles:

-You can use a jubilee clip to secure it to the carb if printed using TPU/TPE (like the clear one in the photos)
-Or you can easily tap a M4 thread on the pre-drilled (3mm) holes so you can use grub screws to secure it in place if printed using a hard material like PA-CF or ASA-CF. (like the black one in the photos)

3D printing settings

Use 4 walls, 5-6 top and bottom, at 0.2mm layer height, 10%gyroid infill.
Tree or normal supports will be required due to steep angle:
Use 10% infill here aswell and enable support interface at 33.333% grid for floor and 80% concentric roof, Z distance 0.2mm, XY distance 0.35mm.

If printing in TPU/TPE:
-Print slow, max 35mm/s. (overhangs are steep, use supports)
