前几天突发奇想,想到哈利波特电影里的羽毛笔写字场景,觉得说不定可以设计一款3D打印版本的羽毛笔,于是花了一点时间动手设计了一款,为了控制3D打印的笔杆直径,我选择了纤细的圆珠笔芯(直径3mm,最大外尺寸144mm)(购买链接),经过多次设计修改+打印验证,最终获得了稳定的打印效果,组装也非常简单,从底部直接塞到底就行,我使用了两种耗材材料,一种是天瑞PETG-ECO;另一种是bambu的PETG-半透明耗材,由于两种品牌耗材打印温度和风速差异比较大, 所以提供了两种打印配置。(PS:实测多次发现使用Bambu Studio切片,打印质量-墙生成器:经典效果要明显优于Arachne,因为有些人会使用OrcaSlicer切片,它默认是Arachne模式所以提醒下)
A few days ago, I had a sudden inspiration when I thought of the scene in the Harry Potter movies where they write with a quill pen. I thought maybe I could design a 3D printed version of a quill pen. So, I spent some time designing one. To control the diameter of the pen shaft for 3D printing, I chose a slender ballpoint pen core (diameter 3mm, maximum outer dimension 144mm). After multiple design modifications and printing validations, I finally achieved a stable printing effect. Assembly is also very simple; you just need to insert it directly from the bottom. I used two types of consumable materials: Tianrui PETG-ECO and Bambu's PETG semi-transparent consumable. Since there is a significant difference in printing temperature and wind speed between the two brands of consumables, I provided two printing configurations. (PS: After testing multiple times, I found that using Bambu Studio for slicing, the printing quality-wall generator: classic effect is significantly better than Arachne. Some people may use OrcaSlicer for slicing, which defaults to Arachne mode, so I would like to remind you.)
