Expanding rotor coil holder.

This device centers material coils with center holes ranging from 48 to 90 mm on an e 8 mm center axis.

Coil thickness up to 95 mm.

The blade shafts are made of 2.5mm² copper wire, as are the 4 keys holding the PLA spring device.

The PLA spiral spring is held on the side by a brass insert (2mm) and a screw.

4 blades can be pre-assembled, the last ones must be mounted rotor in place.

The 4 wedges pre-stress the PLA spring.

The 8 paddles are permanently extended; the central button retracts them to insert the coil.

The knurled knob is glued to the superglue.
