3D model description

Overland pop-up camper shell for Traxxas TRX-4M Ford F-150 (1:18).

Design was heavily inspired by @bigassgas8.1 's K10 Phoenix Camper.

Utilizes original rollbar holes and screws to attach, all parts are to be glued together with superglue - no additional hardware is needed. Roof is ment to be kept in place by friction.

Complete camper from PLA weighs around 65g. Low weight was a priority when designing this camper, the outer shell is made to be three perimeters (1,2mm) thick, please note that it will not hold long if used as an basher.

All parts are designed without gaps, depending on your printer's tolerances and used filament you may need to trim some holes to fit parts together.

🚨 Please note that the printed product falls under Cults Private Use license and it is not to be sold on Etsy, eBay, FB marketplace, etc...

3D printing settings

Print main body oriented upside down, with supports as shown in the last image. Consider using brim.

The rest of the parts prints without supports.
Print 2 pcs of roof rack bars.

Window panes as shown on photos are made from transparent PETG with 100% aligned infill with top and bottom shell set to zero.

Solar panel as shown is made by printing two inserts: transparent with same settings as windows and black backing plate.
