3D model description

I'm working on some track pieces that make hills so I need some adjustable track supports. The pic shows 3 different designs in fully collapsed and fully extended positions (The slot car is a 1:32 Scalextric Falcon GTHO). They have a double screw thread and are designed to print-in-place, i.e., you print the item with all parts simultaneously, and when you pick up the print and turn the moveable parts - they move!

The bigger the jack the harder it is to get the parts moving. Maybe the gap is too small, but I don't mind having to spend a bit of time coaxing these things apart if it means they'll be more stable as a finished product. Further to that, I use the "plus" version of the tallest jack because it has square at the top to help release it. I cut the square off once it's in working order.

3D printing settings

FDM
PETG @ 230deg C
0.3mm layers
0.6mm nozzle, 0.6mm layer width
random seam
These prints worked on Prusa slicer, but not on Cura which prints these as a single item, not 3 in 1.
