I designed this model to replace the flakey nightstand chargers that came with the AILEEKISS Nightstands with standard Apple iPhone MagSafe Chargers. I printed this with Bambu White Matte PLA, as the non-matte white was somewhat translucent.

Installation

• Remove the sticky plastic charger covering on the top shelf of the nightstand
• Unplug and remove the black, built-in charging brick
• Drill a small angled hole toward the backside of the shelf charging hole to allow the Apple MagSafe Charger cord to fit comfortably (you can use the enclosure as a guide)
• Place the MagSafe charger into the holder with the cord fitting into the hole, then place the holder into the nightstand shelf
• Optional: glue the nightstand holder

Note: this enclosure was intentionally designed to sit flush with the rest of the nightstand shelf top. Since iPhone camera lenses jut out a few mm, the back of the iPhone will not sit flush with the MagSafe charger. This should not impact charging, but the magnetic pull of the MagSafe will be slightly less. If there's interest in a version of this inset nightstand holder that allows the back of the iPhone to be directly flush with the charger, please let me know as I'm considering adding a newer version that enables the charger to sit flush with the phone.
