Description

ultrajaxel made a very simple and effective model to respond to the constant shortages of Bambu Lab's AMS Hub and 4-in-1 PTFE adapter.

The only issue I saw with it was that the AMS Lite hub did not go fully into the PTFE coupler. Not a huge issue but I did hear the filament catch a bit on it's way through the coupler sometimes. I wanted a nice, smooth transition so I snugged the coupler onto the AMS lite hub as far as I could get it. To do this, you will have to sand down the AMS Lite hub's output as it is tapered and the coupler wont push on all the way otherwise. This is pretty quick and easy to do. I also clipped off the AMS Lite hub's catch with my flush cutters.

As for the model, I just moved the mounting location of the PTFE coupler over 6.6mm to make it snug on the AMS Lite hub.

I used 2x M3x20mm hex cap head screws to mount it and ~65mm of PTFE tube to connect the coupler to the single input AMS buffer.

Works, but indeed needs sanding. On the other hand, the coupler don't need the bracket to hold so without that sanding wouldn't be neccessary.
