Description

This is another of my series of Adventure Pug™ themed coasters, created with HueForge. This is designed at 4.07mm thickness and 100mm (4-in) square, but can be scaled up to make it into wall art. Just make sure to uncheck the uniform scale box, and do not scale the z axis at all. Due to the thickness, make sure you have really good adhesion, and turn off the aux fan to minimize the chance of warping.

Print settings:

  • 0.16mm base layer
  • 0.08mm layer height
  • Ironing all top surfaces (25% flow)
  • 100% infill
  • 9 top shell layers and 0.8mm top shell thickness
  • 5mm brim with 0.1mm gap

Filaments and color changes (TD values are my own and may not match HueForge defaults)

  • Started with Overture matte navy blue (TD 0.3mm)
  • At layer #27 (2.24mm) swap to Matterhackers MH Build Magenta (TD 1.4)
  • At layer #30 (2.48mm) swap to Overture Matte Purple (TD 0.8)
  • At layer #34 (2.8mm) swap to Elegoo Matte Ice Blue (TD 4.0)
  • At layer #40 (3.28mm) swap to Overture matte white (TD 4.0)

I've included 4 print profiles, AMS ready or manual filament swaps, and full size bed printer or A1 Mini. If you're using an AMS, you'll need to add the 5th color (white) to slot #1 at some point after layer 27.
