3D model description

Vibrating cutter using the body of a mechanical toothbrush.

The toothbrush must be vibrating and not oscillating.

Very useful for removing supports from 3D prints.

This type of toothbrush can be found in supermarkets.

The one shown here costs less than €15. You'll need to cut the head with the brush bristles to leave 5 cm as in the photo.

Add a 2 x 10 screw and a piece of 18 mm cutter blade. This is the piece we break off to "refresh" the blade. Then insert the blade into the slot and place a drop of cyanolite on each side. Observe the direction shown in the photo, as the blade is bevelled.

The cap will protect the blade.
