Every electronic workbench benefits from a well-organized supply of electronic components. This is a system to provide organized storage. There are two case sizes, a 2-drawer and a 4-drawer case. There are six different drawer configurations with 24, 16, 12, 8, 4, or no divisions, allowing for a wide variety of component sizes and quantities. Drawer16 was specifically designed for resistors which provides the formfactor that the rest of the drawers follow.
Each case is robust and has feet that fit neatly into the indentation on the top, allowing for stable stacking. The drawers have slots for identifying component values. The slots are sized to use a 1” x 7/8” (25mm x 22mm) piece cut from card stock.
The only printing issue to consider is that when printing PLA, the auxiliary fan on the P1S and X1-C should be set to 30% max, either through the filament settings or manually at the control panel. Otherwise, because of the wide footprint, one is likely to get lifting on the side of the print closest to the fan.
