Description

The only place you need to go for all of your gorgeous dog kit cards!

With these models I set out to do something that was both simple to print and assemble, but also instantly recognizable as your favorite furry friend. This simplicity makes them easy for even the youngest children to slide together, while also keeping a sophisticated look for display on your office / home desk.

  • Australian Cattle Dog (Multi-color)
  • Basset Hound (Multi-color)
  • Beagle (Multi-color)
  • Border Collie (Multi-color)
  • Boston Terrier (Multi-color)

The kit card connectors were designed to easily snap away, but for the cleanest finish it is recommended to use snips to remove them. Each dog may have a slightly different assembly due to shape and size, but the fundamentals will remain the same amongst all of them.

  1. Snap all connectors to free each piece
  2. Slide the ears into the slot at the top of the head
  3. Slide the larger connector into the cutout at the front of the body
  4. Slide the smaller connector into the cutout at the back of the body
  5. Align to the two cutouts on the legs with the connectors and slide in
  6. Repeat for the last leg
  7. Enjoy!

Glad you like the model! From a brief glance it looks like you may be experiencing some under extrusion on the top layer. It may also help changing the top pattern to Monotonic or Monotonic Line.

Really easy to print and assemble although ears were tight on Dobe. I printed more breeds for my kids Husky & Shiba Inu but they haven't assembled yet. Excuse my photo, I was running out filament and had a colour change mid print.

I did intentionally leave the ears a little tighter due to them being the most prone to fall off during testing. I recommend making sure the parts are completely cooled before assembly, to let the plastic shrink, and you could try a little sanding as well!

Can you add a Boston Terrier ? A multi color black and white car kit for a boston would be cool!

I'm going to put that one on my list! I've thought about doing a few multi-colored designs as well, but have been focused on single-color mostly so that everyone can enjoy them :)

Well thanks to the amazing support, I was able to get myself an AMS. Still streamlining the modelling process, but think I'm on to something!
