Description

A Dawn of the Dead George A Romero movie poster fridge magnet.

4 colour AMS print, using black, red, lemon yellow and white.

This needs 4x 8mm diameter by 2mm deep magnets, the magnets push into the model after printing, no need to pause.pause..

NOTE - The magnets are designed to be a tight fit. The best way to insert them is to line up a magnet with a hole then place the model on a hard flat surface facing up, with the magnet on the hard surface, then press down firmly on the model. The magnet will snap into place. Repeat for each magnet.

Magnets don't fit, bought the exact dimension you listed Hole internals are uneven due to poor bridging inside. Any ideas?

Hi, I've printed over a dozen of these and the magnets always fit for me though they are a tight fit (intentionally, I don't want them falling out). They way I get them in is to line the magnet up with the hole, then place the model on a hard flat surface facing up, then press firmly down on the model and the magnet snaps into place. I hope that makes sense

I'll have to try to post a Pic of inside the home for reference but I've tried that, I will try it tonight harder as I felt like I was going to break it I understand your process but it seems like it's almost impossible to get the magnet to sit inside flush, I wouldn't mind super gluing it if necessary. Worst comes to worst maybe I can scale up 1% or so to make them fit inside and glue them?

I'm not sure scaling up will work as it might affect the picture, it has very fine tolerances. A better solution would be to add a negative cylinder of the size you want (example 6.4mm... My holes are 6.1mm diameter and 2.2mm deep) and line them up with the existing holes
