3D model description

Professional wall mount for bicycles. Three-in-one bicycle wall mount. Separate attachments for gravel, road and mountain bikes.
This package includes wall mounts suitable for Road bikes, Gravel bikes and mountain bikes. These are models suitable for 3D Printers. Preferably, it functions with maximum durability and less filament consumption in your FDM printer. Computer-based strength simulations of each part in the file have been made (see attached photos).
File content: 4 STL files b1 file is gravel and road bike wheel carrier. b2 file is the path, gravel handlebar holder (Aero-bar). Mb1 is the standard pedal holder. Mb2 is a mountain bike wheel carrier. It was recorded in high resolution while creating the STL format from the main file.
One gravel or road bike wheel carrier (front and rear must be duplicated in the same production)
One mountain bike wheel carrier (front and rear must be duplicated in the same production)
One pedal carrier (for all bike models)
One road bike handlebar holder (for locked pedal (SPD), without using a pedal carrier)
Professionalism: Each design was analyzed in a computer environment by assigning ABS material. Each piece was studied separately and results were obtained so that each piece can safely carry 10KG. They can carry a total bike weight of 20kg. The road bike handlebar holder has a carrying capacity of 5kg.

3D printing settings

Advices:
- Material ABS or Tough PLA (due to strength properties)
- Printing should be done at 15% coverage
- Layer thickness 0.2mm is suitable.
- Shell thickness 1-1.2mm is suitable.
- Support should be used (15% density)
- Use a size 6 drill and dowel in wall holes.
- You will ensure maximum strength if you produce all parts by knitting longitudinal layers into your printer.
