Description

Health Pack

Introducing this space engineer inspired design

Here is a new way to store your 7-day pill allotment

This model has improved storage to carry as much as possible while maintaining a unique design. Featuring a double gate and a diamond port allowing larger pills to be accessed easily.

Gate one controls the very most outer wall as well as the inner container and is selectable by holding the main body and main handle rotating it 180* this will allow you to select Between A side and B side.

Gate 2 is the common gate allowing you to select between the 4 diamond chambers opening and closing each one.

I highly recommend printing the outer body in Bambu’s pla Carbon fiber series as this is what inspired me to design it with a space engineer concept. Although, standard pla also works great for this project.

This Health capsule is designed to be printed with no supports

This model will need to be assembled

No extra hardware needed, everything for this is printable.

This model will also test your bed adhesion so now is a good time to wipe your oily fingerprints off or apply that nice layer of fresh glue stick.

If Printed with the recommended settings The Health Pack will have a nice weight to it.

The lower handle (small bottom handle) is attached like an automotive fastener With a pin going through its body expanding the fingers positively attaching the handle to the unit. I was going to make a breakaway design removing the small flat plastic on the bottom and leaving the pin inside but decided against it as it can be printed in another color giving it even more flare. Or just use your Spatula and decapitate it.

The upper handle is a press design and should not easily come off

This is a tight tolerance model and has been tested on a X1C and p1p. I have not been able to test on my other printers due to my time constraint.

I use all stock settings in bambu slicer

.02mm standard - No support - 15% sparse infill set on grid infill.
