Press this cap onto the end of your AFA debur tool to give it the ability to hang on a hook rather than toss it in a drawer when not in use.
The depths is a little over 9mm and the walls are tapered to create a tight fit when pressed onto the end of the handle. Its smooth corners and edges make the tool easy to use without injuring your hand while using the tool.

The Cap was designed to fit the AFA debur tool purchased from Amazon and came with 10 replacement cutters. The hex profile of the tool is 11.65mm across. The Cap opening starts at 11.9mm and tapers to 11.3mm.

3D printing settings

Print time ~34 minutes with 3mm supports.

PLA, I used Overture Pro PLA: extruder set to 220C, room temperature bed (25C), 60mm/s, cooling fan on. Infill pattern, rectilinear at 80%.
