3D model description

I designed this nozzle for automotive detailing, but it can have many uses. The shorter length prevents arm fatigue while in use. It makes for easy drying of door jams, grills, headlights, tail lights, and many other hard-to-reach areas. The spiral vanes on the inside of the nozzle set this model apart from others I have seen. I can't make any scientific claims, but this has worked very well for my needs.

The nozzle wall is 2.5mm thick, and the vanes are 2mm, so the finished piece is very sturdy.
