3D model description

Modular Stacking Container / Box - Infinite Containers CS162-65
Dimensions: 178 x 178 x 69 mm

This is a modular stacking container from the Infinite Containers 162 Series, where you will find additional sizes, shapes, and accessories.

Objects in the photographs were printed on a standard desktop 3D printer, without secondary operations. The stripes in some of the photographs were achieved by switching materials during printing.

About Infinite Containers

Infinite Containers is a collection of modular, stackable containers, lids, stands, extensions, and accessories. It includes hundreds of components of different sizes and shapes, that combine in virtually infinite assemblies to fit your functional daily needs.

The series number (first three digits of the item code) is the inner diameter in mm of the container. Components from the same series/diameter fit together, stack, and rotate on top of each other. Containers from different series differ in inner diameter but are still designed to coordinate. The second number in the item’s code (after the dash) refers to the height of the container when stacked (not including the 4mm nesting base).

The Infinite Containers can be scaled to suit your specific needs. When scaling, find the closest smaller component to your target size, and ALWAYS SCALE UP. Since all components are designed to tightly fit together, scaling up will cause components to fit more loosely (you may need to glue the finials/handles to secure them properly). Scaling down may cause components not to fit, and is therefore not recommended.

Look through our collections to discover the full potential of our Infinite Containers. There you will find all of the series currently available, as well as examples and ideas on how to use our Infinite Containers.
