Great Project, well designed, I had trouble with just one part and found that when I restored the original .20mm Standard @BBL XC1 profile it printed perfectly.

I did, seemed right. I started this project years ago for my son using different files, this approach was better and the Bambu P1S did a great job with the color change.
I'm printing it again using silk silver for the blade and playing with adaptive layer height for the rounded parts, they look much better.
