Spare part GM 52051488, air vent compatible with Chevrolet Celta, Prisma, Fun.
The two-axis rotating system is fully functional, capable of directing the air in any direction just like the original.
There is a space designed through the center of the axis to insert a 3mm diameter, 60mm long steel rod with the objective of reinforcing the part when exerting rotational force.

Printing recommendations:

Material: PETG
Layer height: 0.2mm
Infill: 30%
Walls: 4

Supports are recommended only for the 3 latches of the part called the "gray ring" as seen in the images.
The rest of the parts should be printed without supports.

An image is attached as a guide for assembly. Pay attention to ensure that the central axis is aligned where the steel rod will pass.
The position of the air deflectors relative to the central circular plate is also crucial. Note that there is one side where the axis is thicker than the other. The smaller plates (the one with the arrow and the one with the stoppers) should be placed accordingly.
Glue is required to increase the strength of the plates.
It is also recommended to add a little grease inside the rotating ring for smoother operation, thus avoiding wear.
