Comedy and Tragedy

Centred in the culture of ancient Athens, a new art form arose around the festival of Dionysus.
The comedies and tragedies of the Greek theatre inspired great architectural marvels and cunning devices, along with the traditions and stories that still echo in stage, screen, and page today.
A Greek theatre complex, its actors, machines and sets, coming to Gadgetworks this month.

Intended for 32mm scale printing on FDM and resin printers. Can be scaled up or down for other scales. All models are test printed. Most parts can be printed support free or with limitedd supports if convenient. All parts will fit on a 'standard' FDM printer plate.

Consists of:

Seating sections 'theatron' , left mid and right pegged 3 STL files
Stone and wood 'orchestra' round floor 1 STL files
Stage building 'skene' 9 STL files
Stage building 'skene' large print version 3 STL files
Entrance gate 'paradoi' 2 STL files

3D printing settings

Print 6 mid section seating, plus one of each end. two each of paradoi gateway parts. one each of the 3 skene/stage parts. One orchestra circle.

9 part stage/skene provided for smaller printers.

supports only required in doorways and under the ionic column scrolls. very minimal painted supports in those areas recommended
