Did you print the 100% or 120% scale? I initially printed the larger scale and found there be be some tight spots. I found that if I installed the cover on those areas (believe it was one of the sides) and then worked the cover on the rest of the way it fit nice and snug. I could modify the rear cover to exclude some of the sharp turns on the lip which should help installing it easier

Printed great but rear cover could be a little more forgiving. The back is always wanting to pop off (springy). Had to glue in spots to minimize gap.
Not a criticism just an observance. Overall, I loved it.

I chose to move the line and make is smaller. To do this you will need to modify your machine start gcode. Scroll to the end of this section and look for the line T1000. Al is a staple in red wings hockey. The wings are the most watched team this year and I am looking forward to the playoffs. This lightbox has a .6mm face with a .4mm white diffuser behind it. This helps to fill in any small gaps when printed with a standard .4 nozzle. The rear cover has cutouts for hanging it and wiring lights.
