3D model description

Plates and spacers for mounting two LED headlights in place of the original headlight on the Yamaha 750 XTZ.

As the headlights shone too high, I printed thicker spacers (14.5mm thick) to wedge downwards between pieces of black self-adhesive foam. This also helps limit headlight vibration, as well as holding and adjusting the optics.

You'll find LED headlights at the following link: https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005006115240911.html

Also required:

  • 6 CHC screws M5x25mm or 30mm

  • 6 M5 nylstop nuts

  • Self-adhesive foam ep 4mm or silicone

  • Black paint

  • Wiring

Manufacturing settings

The 2mm-thick aluminum plates were water-jet cut, and the spacers were 3D printed in ASA 100% filler.
